What we expect:

• Support the office manager in all administrative tasks
• Coordinate appointments and calendar management
• Answer, forward and coordinate all internal and external inquiries from contractors, brokers, clients and colleagues
• Involve in projects and monitor timelines
• Prepare and schedule webinars, meetings and client appointments

What you can expect:

• You will support the office management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and be responsible for active collaboration and support in day-to-day business.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, preparing customer appointments and managing the meeting rooms.
• You will be responsible for the correct data entry and rapid processing and forwarding of data.
• You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and standardized specifications.
