Dear Von Poll team,after we have come down a bit and arrived in the new home, we wanted to get in touch again and briefly for you and your customers and posterity to share how great everything actually went. In the very beginning, we asked ourselves whether we should sell our house or rent it out. But after we heard from many acquaintances that you can have real bad luck with the tenants and thus get into huge problems, we decided to sell our house. We ourselves have built a new, ground-level house, because the old house was also too big for us. Naturally we thought at the beginning like the Swabians: we can sell that ourselves and save us the anyway only Abzocker, with the name real estate agent! It has already become almost a swear word. Quickly we determined however that we come with this project fast to our borders and not approximately a notion have, which comes with a house sale everything on one. Starting with any "price pushers" up to checking the liquidity of a potential buyer. You don't do that every day. And certainly not sell a house without emotions, in which the children have grown up and you have spent a great time with the family. By chance we have heard of Mr. Zipper and his colleague Mrs. Glahn and contacted. The initial conversation was very pleasant and at no point did we feel like we were being pushed in a direction we didn't want to go. Mr. Zipper offered us to evaluate the object without obligation. There it did not disturb also that some documents of us were not to be found any longer (old Schlamper!). Mr. Zipper got all the info he needed in the right place, without us having to work with it ourselves. After a short time we had our offer. Of course we had immediately the dollar signs in the eyes. The offer was above what we had actually imagined. But that can give yes everyone, a high price and after the contract signature nevertheless again zurückrudern. It wasn't such a good sale after all. One hears this saying yes again and again, no matter in which industry. To be sure, we have still a second offer caught up. There much the maximum price of our real estate to be obtained clearly smaller. We speak here of 50,000 € difference! Well then let's go! We had nothing to lose. Should the team of Poil in Aalen not manage to sell our house as they promised, it is just sold for less. Then everything went quite quickly. A professional photographer came and made great pictures of our house. We had also immediately get a few good and very important tips from Mrs. Glahn, as our house looks best on pictures. And already the first prospective buyers came. We were never there. I think that was also better so. of course we were nervous, but Mrs. Glahn has us always well zugerredet and us understandingly explained that such a house sale lasts and one should not take the first best. So, do not put hectic to the day. In fact, after 2 months and some times major cleaning, we had a buyer for our house. And not just any. Exactly what we had imagined. A young family who can use the space and continue to care for and cherish our home as we always have. We did not have to worry about anything. Just show up for the notary appointment and sign. Everything else was already prepared by Mrs. Glahn and Mr. Zipper. And everything almost at the price as the offer was! We were thrilled and would advise everyone to a broker, no not just any, but the team Ms. Glahn and Mr. Zipper, the house sale. We never had a bad feeling, or the thought, we would be ripped off. No, completely on the contrary. We always had the feeling of simply being in good hands. We had except the cleaning at all no work, or stress. In the end, it was almost a friendly and cordial relationship, even though money was involved. But the two were worth their money and who brings good performance should also earn. We do not work for nothing. But the better we do our work, the more this is also honored. We would like to thank Mrs. Glahn and Mr. Zipper very much. House selling was in this case a real matter of trust and we would do it again with this team at any time. No, we hope that's enough now, with Hausverkaufen, but still a good tip for all those who still plan to do it. Our conclusion: Don't be afraid of the right real estate agent!
